Q. Where do you ship to?

A.  We currently ship anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States.

 

Q. What are your shipping charges?

A.  We are pleased to offer you FREE SHIPPING On All Orders, with no order minimums.  If expedited shipping is required, please email us at customercare@allpersonalizedgifts.com for availability and associated cost.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Our normal shipping timeframe is approximately 7 - 10 business days.  If rush service is required, please email us at customercare@allpersonalizedgifts.com

 

Q. What are the rules of engraving?

A.  Please visit our Rules of Engraving page or call us M - F 10AM to 5PM EST.

 

Q. What is your return policy?

APlease inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to AllPersonalizedGifts.com (APG) for inspection must be properly packaged, APG will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging.  Please email returns@allpersonalizedgifts.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Please include your name, order number and reason for return.  Returns will not be permitted without an RA number. Shipping charges incurred by customer for returns will be credited upon inspection and approval of the return by APG. APG will pay to ship replacements via UPS ground service only. This will help to alleviate rush-shipping charges.
 

Q. What is your order cancellation policy?

AOnce an order is placed it immediately enters the order fulfillment process.  If your order includes personalization, it cannot be cancelled.  If your order does not include personalization, it can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
